Gerry Pigotti
Principal

Gerry G. Pigotti has been investing in real estate since 1994. He started his brokerage and commercial properties services career at Westlake Associates, Inc. in 1997, where he became the youngest partner at the firm. In 1999, he formed Gibraltar, LLC with his business partner, Kurt Fisher. Gerry currently oversees the property management of more than 1,000 apartment units and 300,000 square feet of commercial space throughout the greater Seattle region and the Tri-Cities. He specializes in investment property sales, consulting, leasing, syndication, and professional property management.
Highlights while with Gibraltar include:
- Co-founded Gibraltar and grew it from $2.5 Million in assets under management to over $300 Million.
- Instrumental in the syndication of $130 Million in real estate assets.
- Represented clients in acquisitions and sales of over $300 Million.

Gerry is a 1996 Summa Cum Laude graduate of Seattle University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Accounting.
Kurt Fisher
Principal

Kurt A. Fisher has been involved in the investment property services profession since 1989. From 1989 to 1993 he worked as an investment properties sales agent with Marcus and Millichap, Inc in Seattle. He then tenured with Westlake Associates, Inc. from 1993 to 2003, where he was a Partner. In 1999, he formed Gibraltar, LLC with his business partner, Gerry Pigotti, in order to provide long-term clients with the option of investing in fully operated passive real estate partnerships and in obtaining a wide array of professional investment property services. His involvement in the construction industry has spanned over three decades, and with partners, he formed Gibraltar Maintenance & Construction, Inc. in 2001.

John Slonecker
President

John P. Slonecker joined the Gibraltar team in November 2003 as our Chief Financial Officer, and was appointed President in January 2007. John came to us from Western Wireless Corporation / Cellular One, where he served as their Fixed Assets Senior Accountant overseeing $2.8 billion in equipment and licenses. Prior to that, he was the Controller of the United States division of the Australia based heavy equipment manufacturer, Tiger Engineering Corporation.
