Peter Longnecker, VP - Commercial RE Agent

Peter C. Longenecker joined Gibraltar in 2006 and specializes in selling and leasing commercial properties. Prior to Gibraltar, he spent several years with Ewing & Clark and Yates Wood as a commercial agent.  Peter has sold a wide range of commercial properties, representing both buyers and sellers:  apartment houses; office buildings; a medical/dental building; a retail/showroom building; warehouses; and several parcels of development land with the most recent sale setting a record price per square foot for that area.  He also has an extensive leasing background representing both landlords and tenants; transactions have included numerous retail and office leases in addition to several warehouses for retail distributors. 

As a lawyer prior to his career in commercial real estate, Peter developed excellent client, negotiation, and contract skills – skills that he brings to each commercial real estate client.  Peter is a graduate of the University of Oregon School of Law where he was a member of Law Review.  He is a member of the Commercial Brokers Association and the Washington State Bar Association where he is a member of the Real Property Section

Bhima Ruggiero, Commercial Real Estate Agent

Bhima I. Ruggiero began working at Gibraltar in 2002 as a leasing agent and property manager.  In 2003, he began working at Gibraltar as an investment property sales and leasing specialist.  Bhima has extensive experience operating investment properties in Seattle and also possesses strong sales ability and an inherent professional disposition.  Bhima is a 1990 graduate of Garfield High School in Seattle.  He is a 1994 graduate of Seattle Central Community College with an A.A. in Liberal Arts.  In 2003, Bhima earned a Certified Commercial Investment Sales Certificate from North Seattle Community College (NSCC) and has also attended extensive college-level coursework at NSCC with an emphasis on commercial real estate.

Lamont Thomas joined the Gibraltar Brokerage Team as a Brokerage Assistant in July, 2005. Since then he has been managing mailed correspondence and assisting with creation of brokerage marketing materials for our brokers.
